SOUTHWICK — With its provisional license in hand, Responsible and Compliant Southwick LLC, doing business as Haven, has applied for a special permit to start the process of opening the town’s second recreational marijuana dispensary.
“We’re looking forward to working with the town to get the project finished quickly,” said Mark S. Dupuis one of the local owners — the other is Brian Kuchachick — of the dispensary.
