MONTGOMERY – Three men are being held without bail after being arraigned Friday for a variety of weapons and explosives charges for an incident that occurred late Thursday night, according to court records.
Charged were Erik Balakirev, 23, of Rufus Road, North Point, Florida; Nikita Slanina, 21, of Farnum Drive, Holyoke; Maxim P. Veremchuk, 21, of Spring Street, West Springfield.
Each are facing charges of breaching the peace, trespassing, possession of a destructive or incendiary device, willfully igniting a destructive device, and a possession of a large capacity feeding device.
