When Kip Rutto immigrated to the United States from Kenya in 2005, he had never heard of baseball, let alone seen it. Nearly 20 years later, Rutto and his wife, Mindy Couture, are churning out one of the most iconic emblems of American sports – the baseball bat.
Although the couple founded Rutto Bats in 2016, their journey started years before when Rutto and Couture’s aunt supported each other’s endeavors.
