There are many names and faces involved in the sprawling Karen Read murder case.
Read, 45, has pleaded not guilty to charges of second-degree murder, manslaughter while operating under the influence, and leaving the scene of a crash resulting in death.
Prosecutors say she intentionally backed up her SUV into her then-boyfriend, Boston police officer John O’Keefe, after a night of drinking in January 2022 and left him for dead outside a Canton home during a snowstorm.
