The Karen Read trial ended Monday with a hung jury and the judge declaring a mistrial.
After 11 weeks that encompassed jury selection, 74 witnesses, 29 days of testimony, and 657 exhibits, jurors could not agree whether Read struck her Boston police officer boyfriend, John O’Keefe, on Jan. 29, 2022.
