SPRINGFIELD — The first Tesla dealership in the region is expected to be built in the East Springfield neighborhood, following unanimous approval by the City Council last week.
About nine months ago, the City Council approved construction of a Tesla service center at 365 Cadwell Dr. Developers recently returned to City Council with a new proposal that expands that center to include a sales and leasing dealership.
