SOUTH HADLEY — A commanding majority staff members of Mosier Elementary School say its principal lacks the skills to effectively manage the school.
The South Hadley Education Association informed Interim Superintendent Mark McLaughlin and the School Committee that its members last week passed a no-confidence vote regarding the leadership of Principal Cynthia Flynn.
