SPRINGFIELD — The Forest Park Pool reopened on Monday after it was drained and cleaned of glass following a series of problems caused by a large group of youths and young adults.
By Monday evening, Thomas Ashe, head of parks, buildings and recreational management, said the good weather drew a large crowd of children and families to the pool, and there were no problems reported.
