SPRINGFIELD — Shawna Peebles has been living out of her car ever since she handed in the keys to her Sixteen Acres apartment last year.
Peebles, a divorced mother of a teenaged son, is seeking a place to live while she is also studying to earn her master’s degree in health care management, she said Thursday.
