SOUTHWICK — Nearly a year after Town Meeting voted to allow recreational marijuana retailers in town, the Select Board this week quietly agreed to begin accepting applications.
“I would like to make a motion to move this forward and go … to start accepting applications,” said Select Board member Jason Perron during the board’s meeting Monday night in Town Hall.
The motion was approved unanimously by Select Board members Doug Moglin and Diane Gale.
