SOUTHWICK — As a way to add charm and beauty to the town’s main thoroughfares, the town’s Economic Development Commission is asking businesses and residents to “say it with flowers” as it hosts its inaugural “Southwick in Bloom” contest.
“Our goal is to provide a wonderful explosion of color for our residents and visitors to enjoy this summer,” said Commissioner Serena Fuller, who with fellow Commissioner Yuliya Pichnyi, is coordinating the contest, which was originally proposed by Diane Samuelson, the wife of EDC member Craig Samuelson.
