A small child was struck by a vehicle near a market in Worcester late Monday night, according to police.
The crash occurred around 9:35 p.m. Monday near 243 Lincoln St. in the Central Massachusetts city, Lt. Sean Murtha, a Worcester police spokesman, told MassLive.
Murtha did not provide any information about the child’s condition saying “information is limited.”
A stretch of Lincoln Street will be closed while police investigate the crash, according to Murtha. The address where the crash happened, 243 Lincoln St., is listed as that of Habibi Deli and Grocery.
