SOUTHWICK – It was clear by the often tense discussion between Select Board members Jason Perron and Diane Gale that the details of a proposed bylaw to formalize what is and isn’t allowed on town-owned property needs additional refinement.
“I think it’s a significant amount of overreach in this,” Perron said to Gale referring to the latest draft of the proposed bylaw.
“I came up with a couple of things … that I do not like at all,” he added.
