SOUTHWICK — The Select Board continued its discussions on a draft bylaw to regulate town-owned property during its meeting Monday, but it became clear there are minor differences of opinion between the board members on how to comprehensive the bylaw should be.
“This bylaw is trying to do a lot of different things in a lot of different places with a lot of different uses,” said board member Doug Moglin.
