It was a topsy-turvy season for the St. Mary’s girls soccer team. The Saints opened 2024 with two straight losses before tying Ware 2-2 on September 11. After a loss to Holyoke, the Saints posted their first victory of the season, a 2-1 win over Mahar on September 17. They ended a five-game losing streak with a convincing 7-0 shutout of Westfield Technical Academy, beat Mahar again 6-1 on October 11 to sweep the season series, and closed out the season with a 3-0 win against the Tigers.
