Riders and drivers weigh in on PVTA’s free bus rides experiment

Gavin Morris, sitting two seats away, stares straight ahead, his calm undisturbed. Morris, 49, is a regular on the B43, the Pioneer Valley Transit Authority’s roundtrip bus from Northampton to the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
