A police sergeant was the top earner on the city of Revere’s payroll in 2023, according to payroll records obtained through a public records request.
Joseph Internicola made $261,860 last year, including $130,134 in overtime and detail wages, the highest of anyone in the city. The sergeant came in about $8,700 ahead of Police Chief David Callahan, the second-highest earner on the city’s payroll.
