BOSTON — The plan is for Red Sox first baseman Triston Casas, who has been sidelined since April 20 with a ribcage injury, to begin a rehab assignment Tuesday with Triple-A Worcester.
“Most likely he’ll play Tuesday,” manager Alex Cora said Sunday here at Fenway Park.
