WESTFIELD – Mother Nature brought the heat; Westfield burned the competition.
On a hot, humid Saturday afternoon, July 6, the Westfield Little League 11-Year-Olds defeated Longmeadow 10-4 to claim the Massachusetts District 2 championship at Ralph E. Sanville Memorial Field (Cross Street).
