Several Boston restaurants and bars are giving people a reason to raise a glass to Pride Month as a rainbow of drink specials are coming to the city this June.
Whether you prefer a soothing Sangria or a sparkling Aperol Spritz, below you can find a list of restaurants and bars serving special Pride-themed cocktails during the month of June.
Avery Bar
The Pride cocktail at Avery Bar in The Ritz-Carlton, Boston will be the “I See Your True Colors Shining Through,” inspired by the 1986 hit, “True Colors” by Cyndi Lauper. The drink is made with pineapple, Aperol, Avery Gin, Crème De Violette, Blue Curacao, and soda water. It’s garnished with a colorful orchid and pineapple leaf. The cocktail will be served during Pride Week from Tuesday June 4 through Saturday, June 8.
Bambara Kitchen and Bar
Bambara Kitchen and Bar at the Kimpton Marlowe Hotel in Cambridge will be serving a Pride cocktail called “Don’t Rain on my Parade.” The cocktail features vodka, Elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon, hibiscus ginger syrup, topped with Prosecco, and garnished with an orchid flower. In addition, $1 from the sale of every cocktail will support the The Boston Alliance of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Youth.
W Boston
The Lounge at W Boston, located at 100 Stuart St., will be serving three specialty cocktails for Pride month. They include the Stonewall Cocktail, the Out and Proud, and the Born This Way. Click here to make a reservation and sip on the cocktails for yourself.
1928
Inspired by Pride Month, 1928 Beacon Hill’s will offer diners the “Dancing Barefoot” cocktail. The drink is made with Super Gay Vodka mixed with spiced pear, herbal liqueur Benedictine and topped with lemon. Click here to make a reservation and sip on the cocktails for yourself.
View Boston
Sip on Pride Sangria while taking in panoramic views of the city at View Boston this June. Made with white wine, vodka, raspberry, grapefruit, lemon, and soda water, View Boston will serve the Sangria all month.
Flight Club
Social darts club Flight Club, which is located in the Seaport District at 60 Seaport Blvd., will serve its Pride Cocktail and Rainbow Cake to benefit The Boston Alliance of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgender Youth. The Pride Cocktail is made with Empress Gin, Ketel One Grapefruit, rose, hibiscus, lemon, egg white, and edible glitter.
