WESTFIELD — On the agenda at the City Council meeting on Monday, Feb. 10, at 7 p.m. in City Council chambers, rescheduled from Feb. 6 due to inclement weather, are two hearings to amend the zoning ordinance to allow for accessory dwelling units and increased housing capacity.

At the Feb. 4 Planning Board meeting, City Planner Jay Vinskey reviewed the ordinance changes that he had drafted on behalf of the board to comply with recent changes from the state, before a unanimous vote was taken to recommend them to the City Council.
