After a postal worker was robbed at gunpoint in Boston Thursday, the Boston Police Department is asking the public to help them find the suspect involved.
Police said the robbery happened at the intersection of Talbot and Welles avenues in Dorchester at 5:41 p.m. on Dec. 28. The postal worker told officers that the suspect stole his mail key, police said.
The suspect was described as a light-skinned Hispanic man in his late teens to early 20s with a thin build, according to police. He was wearing a dark-colored hooded sweater, gray sweatpants and a black ski mask.
The man ran down Talbot Avenue towards Washington Street, police added. Boston police have since released a photo of the suspect and are asking for the public’s help in identifying him.
