Mansfield police are hoping the public can provide them with information about a man they say destroyed several mailboxes in East Mansfield with a baseball bat overnight on Saturday.
Officers spent Sunday morning taking reports of damaged mailboxes along a portion of East Street east of where the street joins with Route 106, Mansfield police wrote in a Facebook post on Sunday.
“Video from one victim shows a wannabe Juan Soto working on his off-season swing after getting out of a vehicle and destroying the mailbox around 1 a.m. this morning,” police wrote in a Facebook post.
