SOUTHWICK – The Planning Board has decided to hold a public hearing on Dec. 17 to begin the process of reconsidering its decision to deny a special permit to a Connecticut-based commercial developer that was seeking to build a Dollar General on College Highway.
“The Planning Board will be opening and holding a public remand hearing…pursuant to general law…at which point we will consider modifications to the decision,” said Town Planner Jon Goddard during the Planning Board’s meeting on Tuesday.
