SPRINGFIELD — A sexual harassment lawsuit against the Holyoke school system in floundering because plaintiffs’ attorneys have not abided by a judge’s order to recognize evidence deadlines, according to a recent filing in U.S. District Court.
Lawyers for the Holyoke schools have filed a motion for sanctions against two Eastern Massachusetts attorneys for ignoring discovery deadlines for up to eight months.
Neither responded to requests for comment. A lawyer for the city of Holyoke declined to comment beyond the motion that was filed.
