SOUTHWICK — Wanting to spend more time on himself, his family while winding down his law enforcement career, current Select Board Chair Jason Perron will not seek reelection for another three-year term on the board.
“I am announcing I will not be running for re-election. I now need to take a step back to be able to focus on myself, my family, and the last several years of my career as I plan the steps that come next,” Perron wrote on the Southwick Community page on Facebook Saturday.
