Northwestern District Attorney David E. Sullivan is announcing several promotions, reassignments and new hires.

Northwestern Assistant District Attorney Erin Aiello was promoted to chief of the Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Unit and ADA Thomas Robinson was promoted to chief of the Elders and Persons with Disabilities Unit.

Meanwhile, former Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Unit Chief Sandra Staub transitioned to the Juvenile Justice Unit.

Aiello has worked for the Northwestern District Attorney’s Office in the DVSAU since February 2019 after working previously in the Plymouth and Bristol County district attorney’s offices. Robinson joined the office in 2023 after working for years in various positions with the Committee for Public Counsel Services and in private practice.

Ingrid Frau joined the office as an assistant district attorney in the DVSAU after a 19-year tenure in the Hampden County District Attorney’s Office, including many years as a domestic violence prosecutor.

Other recent staff changes include:

ADA Jared Hirsch, who has worked at the office since January of 2023 after previously working as an ADA in Suffolk County was named attorney-in-charge of the Northampton District Court, replacing former ADA Veronice Santana, who left in June to take a position with the Massachusetts Parole Board.

ADA Elayna Bartolomeo was promoted to attorney-in-charge of the office’s Greenfield District Court staff. Bartolomeo joined the office in December 2022 after previously working as an ADA in Berkshire County. She replaces ADA Ryan Scott, who will continue prosecuting cases in Greenfield District Court while also working alongside Superior Court ADA Aidan Lanciani handling investigations and cases from the Northwestern Anti-Crime Task Force.

Other recent new hires as assistant district attorneys were Mailande DeWitt and Kyle Stublen. Stublen, who previously worked as a prosecutor in Florida and at the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office, is working in the Child Protection Unit. DeWitt, a new member of the bar, is a prosecutor in the district courts.

Tech Foundry in Springfield announces the hiring of two new staff members.

Keshia Maxwell is serving as the director of Tech Foundry’s new Tech Bridge program. Tech Bridge will serve recent graduates from Springfield, Holyoke and Chicopee public high schools who are not immediately enrolling in college. This scholarship-based program focuses on tech training, professional development, work experience, college exploration and team building, to bridge the gap between high school and future pathways.

Maxwell is a Springfield native and graduate of the Springfield Public Schools. She brings nearly 10 years of experience as an educator, including several years as an elementary school math teacher. She also brings 14 years of military service, including international humanitarian program management in Dakar, Senegal, where she served as a U.S. Army bilateral affairs officer. She holds bachelor’s degrees in Japanese language/literature and English from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and a master’s in education from Springfield College.

Noella Moshi was hired as Tech Foundry’s new director of engagement She has a professional background in strategy and program. design.

She was born in Tanzania and has lived in eight countries. Previous roles include being as an executive director and head of programs. She holds a master’s degree in clinical science and immunology from the University of Cape Town and has completed a course in exponential fundraising at the Harvard Kennedy School. Moshi serves on several boards, including for West Africa Vocational Education and the Livelihood Impact Fund.
