
OMG Roofing in Agawam has restructured its management team.
Brian Regnier is the new vice president of sales and marketing. In his role, He is responsible for developing and executing the division’s overall sales and marketing strategy as well as overseeing the company’s marketing and customer service departments.
Regnier joins OMG from Duro-Last, a manufacturer of custom-fabricated thermoplastic single-ply roofing systems, where he was vice president of sales. Earlier, he managed New England commercial sales for Beacon, a distributor of roofing, waterproofing and related exterior products.
John McMahon was promoted to senior vice president and general manager.
McMahon has been with OMG since 2002 in a variety of leadership roles. He was promoted to vice president of sales and marketing for OMG Roofing in early 2024, after spending 22 years with FastenMaster, where most recently he led the Decking Business Unit.
Company veteran Josh Kelly has been named as senior vice president of the Fastener Business Unit and Roofing Technical Services. In this capacity, Kelly will oversee the company’s primary roofing fastener operations, which includes RoofGrip, RhinoBond, PowerGrip, OlyFlow, and the OMG Roofing technical services team.
Kelly started with OMG in 1991 as a project coordinator. Most recently he served as senior vice president of business development, but has extensive experience with the company in sales, marketing, and product development.

The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts announces three new members on its Board of Directors: Amy R. Rome, Olivia Aguilar and Maureen James.
Rome has held key roles at institutions such as Lincoln Center, Cancer Care, and the William J. Clinton Foundation and Union Seminary. She has also consulted on initiatives for the Guggenheim Museum and the Episcopal Divinity School at Union. A Leominster native, Amy moved to Northampton in 2019 and has contributed to the Food Bank’s Development Committee since March 2022. She has served on the board of the Academy of Music and leads the Banned Book Initiative for the League of Women Voters in Northampton.
Aguilar is director of the Miller Worley Center for the Environment at Mount Holyoke College, is a nationally recognized expert in environmental education and community-based learning. She has earned degrees from Texas A&M University and Cornell University, with research focused on inclusivity in environmental and science learning communities. Her upcoming book, “Remembering, Resisting, and Reimagining: The Latinx Outdoor Experience,” will be published this year.
James is a Chicopee native and Cathedral High School alum. After earning degrees in political science and English from Boston University and her law degree from Suffolk University, she has specialized in employment defense and insurance law at Skoler, Abbott, and Presser, PC in Springfield. Since returning to Western Massachusetts in 2015, has chaired Wilbraham’s Commission on Disability, and, this year, started serving as vice chair of the Baystate Health Foundation Board.

She received a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Westfield State University and her Master of Science in accounting from Bay Path University. She is licensed as a certified public accountant in Massachusetts. She co-leads the firm’s community outreach program.
Sabin, from Agawam, has been in public accounting since 2009. He received his Bachelor of Business Management with an accounting concentration, Bachelor of Arts in economics, and his Master of Accountancy from Westfield State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants
Beauregard began her career with Meyers Brothers Kalicka as an intern. She received a Bachelor of Science in business administration in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, and her Master of Business Administration at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Doyle serves as a supervisor in the audit and accounting Department. She holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration and a Master of Science in accounting from Nichols College. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Soderberg, from Springfield, graduated from the College of Our Lady of Elms with a Bachelor of accounting and management and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in financial planning. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Kravetz, of Longmeadow, has practiced public accounting since 2007. He received his Bachelor of Science in business from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and his Master in Accounting from Western New England University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Murphy joined MBK in 2013. She holds an associate degree in accounting from Holyoke Community College and recently completed her Bachelor of Accounting from Westfield State University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Calvao began her career in public accounting in 2021 in Springfield. She holds an Associate degree in Accounting from Holyoke Community College, her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern New Hampshire, and her Master of Business Administration from Fitchburg State University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Latour, of Southwick, obtained her Associate degree from the Certified Paralegal program at Becker College. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Lemoine began his career in public accounting in 2019. Jonathan holds his Bachelor of Science in business management with a concentration in accounting and his Master of Accounting from Westfield State University.
