After opening his second authentic Mexican restaurant in Northampton, Mexcalito Taco Bar co-owner and chef Antonio Marquez is looking to go back to what he knows and open something completely new — a brick-oven pizza restaurant.
Marquez has been cooking as long as he can remember, working in the restaurant industry at the age of 16 and opening up his own bar four years later. But Marquez’s first restaurant was in a pizza place in Mexico in 2011.
