WESTFIELD – A comprehensive review of the city’s Fire and EMS Department operations released Wednesday found the department is “well-managed, well-trained, and well-equipped.”
“It was a positive [report] to move us into the future,” Chief Patrick Egloff said after the report, compiled by the New Hampshire-based Municipal Resources Inc. at the request of the city, was released during Wednesday’s meeting of the Fire Commission.
