CHICOPEE — At 35 Campbell Place, to the dismay of neighbors, trash, car parts and other items fill the yard on the narrow street.
Like other instances of hoarding, the case has frustrated cleanup attempts by Chicopee officials and is now before the Western District Housing Court. The owner appears to be building a makeshift fence, based on a judge’s order in January.
