Mark your calendars. The New England Patriots are going to play a game in London on Oct. 20. They will face the Jacksonville Jaguars at Wembley Stadium, the NFL announced.
The Week 7 game will be a morning matchup for fans in the United States. The game will start at 9:30 a.m. EDT and will air nationally via NFL Network.
The matchup is listed as a “road” game for New England, meaning that the trip will not replace a home game on the schedule.
Wednesday marks NFL schedule release day for the 2024 season, and the league has already started to leak out some key details. Wednesday morning, the league released its schedule of international games.
Here are the five international games announced Wednesday morning:
- Sept. 6: Packers vs. Eagles in Sao Paulo, Brazil
- Oct. 6: Jets vs. Vikings in London, England
- Oct. 13: Jaguars vs. Bears in London, England
- Oct. 20: Patriots vs. Jaguars in London, England
- Nov. 10: Giants vs. Panthers in Munich, Germany
This is the second year in a row the Patriots have traveled abroad for a regular-season game. In 2023, the Patriots played the Indianapolis Colts in Frankfurt Germany.
