HOLYOKE — About 51 minutes into a Holyoke Ordinance Subcommittee meeting, an unknown caller made a violent and racist comment that led one city councilor to seek police intervention.
Following a brief silence during the session Oct. 27, the caller, using a robotic voice, declared, “Kill all (n-words)” during the public hearing segment of the meeting.
