A motorcycle rider was killed when he collided with a pickup truck on Saturday afternoon in Bellingham, police said.
Bellingham police went to the area of Depot Street and Box Pond Road around 2:32 p.m. Saturday, where they found a motorcycle rider unresponsive. First responders performed life-saving measures on the man, who was taken to Milford Regional Medical Center, where he died of his injuries, police wrote in a statement posted to Facebook.
The driver of the pickup truck, who stayed in the area after the crash, was also taken to the hospital. Their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening, according to police.
