WESTFIELD — The Planning Board unanimously approved a special permit to Forest Family Real Estate for a change of building use to a retail and contractor’s shop at 125 Medeiros Way, zoned Bus. B & Water Resource.
Mike Pietras of Engineering and Land Solutions and Gerry Lashway of the Mill River Slabworks said the business planned to move to the site of the former Schwan’s Food Delivery Service. They said the business would have softer use of parking and traffic than Schwan’s had, but the uses are similar, with no change in egress.
