SPRINGFIELD — A Hampden Superior Court judge found Miguel Rodriguez guilty of seven criminal counts, including aggravated rape and kidnapping, after a weeklong trial.
Rodriguez, 27, grabbed an 11-year-old girl off the street on Jan. 15, 2020, hurling her into the back of his car as she walked home from the school bus stop, according to testimony.
