The Great Barrington planning board will decide at a meeting Thursday whether to advance a proposal to add additional zoning to the closing Bard College at Simon’s Rock campus.
While the campus is only zoned for educational purposes or for one-, two- or three-family homes, the planning board has drafted a plan for additional uses by creating what’s called a zoning overlay district encompassing the campus.
