SOUTHWICK – At the first formal meeting of the Master Plan Implementation Committee, its newly elected chair summed up what’s ahead for its five members.
“We need to decide how we’re going to conquer this massive thing,” said Norman Cheever, who was elected chair of the committee at its first meeting earlier this month.
The “massive thing” is the Southwick 2040 Master Plan, which inside its 137 page provides a blueprint that will guide the town’s future growth, development and endurance over the next 20 years to allow it to “thrive as a preferred location to live, work, and play,” according to the executive summary of the plan.
