More rain and thunderstorms are headed to Massachusetts during the first week of June.
Rain could start Wednesday night or early Thursday morning. However, it’s most likely during the day on Thursday, the National Weather Service stated. Cities and towns near Cape Cod have a 90% chance of precipitation.
Thunderstorms across the state might continue into Thursday night, according to the National Weather Service.
Friday morning is expected to be clear. However, there is a slight chance of rain and thunderstorms Friday afternoon. Still, the National Weather Service predicts Friday will be mostly sunny, with a high near 82 degrees for a majority of the state.
The Berkshires, the National Weather Service reported, will only have a high near 72 degrees Friday.
There is another small chance of rain on Saturday. However, the National Weather Service predicts rain is most likely on Sunday.
