The police department in Haverhill is asking for the public’s help locating a car that hit a pedestrian and fled the area on Saturday.
The pedestrian was hit near 350 Washington St. on Sept. 21 by an older model, four-door sedan, the police department wrote in a statement posted to Facebook Wednesday evening. The gold or beige car was last seen driving west on River Street around 8:24 p.m.
