A Randolph man was arraigned Monday in Dorchester District Court after police got a report of someone getting robbed, shot and having their moped stolen over the weekend, officials said.
Yanni Julien, 30, was charged with carrying a firearm without a license, carrying a loaded firearm without a license, possession of ammunition without an FID card, and several motor vehicle violations, Suffolk District Attorney Kevin Hayden said in a statement Wednesday.
Julien was held on a $5,000 bail and was ordered to wear a GPS monitor, and to not go to 397 Geneva Ave. in Dorchester if he is released, Hayden stated.
