Mass. eyes cuts to only residential mental health program for children

At the same time, similar treatment units for older adolescents are being cut, reducing access to treatment for older youth.

Department of Mental Health Commissioner Brooke Doyle informed the affected programs of the cuts in meetings late last month, principals of the programs said.
