A man died at a hospital Saturday afternoon after being pulled from a lake in Stow that morning, according to authorities.
Stow authorities have identified the man as 70-year-old Stow resident Frederick Dusseault.
Police and firefighters responded to Lake Boon around 11:30 a.m. for a report that a man had fallen in and could no longer be seen above the water, authorities said. At the scene, they found Dusseault in the water being assisted by a bystander.
Police and firefighters helped the bystander pull Dusseault out of the water and began administering CPR, authorities said. Dusseault was taken by ambulance to a local hospital, but was declared dead Saturday afternoon.
No further information about Dusseault’s death has been released.
