A former community center featuring a bowling alley, performance theater and more is selling for less than $200,000 in this quaint, Central Massachusetts town.
The property, listed at 2245 Main St., West Warren, was posted for sale for $125,000 by SR Commercial Realty.
The original listing describes the property as a historic 3-story building with a basement, private bowling alley for gatherings and events as well as a stage with a mezzanine.
“Seize the chance to own a piece of Warren’s history and turn this distinctive property into a thriving business venture. The possibilities are vast!,” the post read.
The space is 21,786 square feet and offers “Opportunities for entertainment venue, event space,” or a creative business hub.

It is situated on a 0.77 acre lot and is commercially zoned, according to one posting.
The building is over 100 years old, having been completed in 1900.
While SR Commercial Realty has accepted an offer for the property, SR Realty Managing Partner Jeremy Casey told MassLive backup offers are still being accepted.
The property gained traction online after a real estate page dedicated to “cheap old houses,” shared photos of the property last week.

Casey said that while an offer for the building was already accepted by the time Cheap Old Houses shared the images, he “missed like 30 calls,” after the post went live on Instagram.
