HINGHAM – The Longmeadow girls basketball team dropped its second straight game for the first time this season on Friday night when the Lancers visited Notre Dame Academy.
Despite the 79-44 final, the Lancers (8-4) gave NDA (11-1) a tough fight on what was a historic night for the Cougars. Senior point guard Ava Orlando exceeded the 2,000-point mark.
