Josh Elmer smacked a walk-off base hit through the left side, scoring Evan Lucas from third for the game-winner in the bottom of the 10th inning to lift Cortina Tile to a thrilling 3-2 win over Advance MFG in the Greater Westfield Babe Ruth Dan Welch City Cup on Sunday afternoon at Bullens Field.
