BOSTON — The Red Sox gave righty Quinn Priester a spot start Sunday on the final day of the season Sunday. And it reaffirmed that the work he put in at Triple-A Worcester over the past two months has made him a better pitcher.
“I felt really good. After hitting the first guy, settled in,” Priester said.
