In big start for Brayan Bello, Red Sox sitting two productive rookie lefties vs. LHP

MIAMI — As the Red Sox look to try to get Brayan Bello back on track in his first start in eight days Wednesday night against the Marlins, they’ll do so without two of their most productive rookie left-handed hitters.

With lefty Trevor Rogers on the mound for Miami, the Sox will sit both Wilyer Abreu and David Hamilton in the second game of a three-game series. Rob Refsnyder gets the start in left field, batting second, with Tyler O’Neill in right field, hitting third. Romy González is the second baseman Dominic Smith is at first base. Connor Wong is catching Bello.
