Ice cream sundae stuffed with toppings available at The Big E

Upon first glance, the Moo Bomb appears to be an incredibly heavy ice cream sundae. But once you take a few bites, you’ll realize you can almost finish the whole thing.

The Moo Bomb from Moolicious is one of the many new food items at The Big E this year.

From the same stand that is responsible for the Moo-Nut, the Moo Bomb is described as a “Smurf ice cream treasure hunt.”

Going for $13, the Moo Bomb is a soft-serve sundae in a waffle bowl that is served in a paper tray for stability and to make sure you don’t get melted ice cream all over you.

The Moo Bomb is completely customizable. You start by choosing your soft-serve which can either be vanilla, chocolate or a twist of both.

From there, you pick two “toppings” that actually go inside of the sundae. These options are marshmallows, caramel, hot fudge, peanut butter and strawberries.

You also get two dry toppings that go on the outside of the Moo Bomb. These include crushed Oreos, M&M’s, Reese’s Pieces and more.

Finally the Moo Bomb is coated in a hard candy shell that comes in a chocolate, cherry or blue raspberry flavor.

Moolicious has two stands at The Big E: one on Springfield Road and one on West Road.

However, only the stand on Springfield Road, which is across from the giant yellow slide, offers the Moo Bomb.
