Roomies turned besties are ready to kickstart their joint health journey in the new series, “1,000-Lb Roomies,” airing on Tuesday, June 3.
The new series will premiere at 10 p.m. ET on TLC. Those without cable can watch the show for free through Philo or DirecTV Stream each offering a free trial to new users. Sling is another option for streaming the show, and promotional offers are available.
TLC’s “1,000-Lb Roomies” features Jaz and Nesha, who are two fun-loving friends who share a home and some new health goals. Jaz wants to lose at least 200 pounds because she’s losing her mobility and doesn’t want to leave her daughter without a parent and Nesha is very supportive of Jaz’s weight-loss journey and hopes to lose some weight herself, according to TLC.
Together, the two will try to overcome their struggles with food and work towards a healthy lifestyle while laughing and making memories along the way.
